  • Can I modify my order?
    • Yes, you can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing the order. Please contact our customer service team in this regard and they will be willing to help. However, you are advised to do this within 24 hours of placing the order as the garment might already have been cut/tailored and cannot be changed.

  • Payment options; What payment options are acceptable?
    • We accept Bank Transfers, Interswitch, PayPal ,Credit/Debit Card payments. If you want to pay by bank transfer, please check our site for bank transfer payment option details upon check out

  • Are these payment options safe?
    • Yes. At www.tuliscouture.com we have carefully selected the best names in the payment gateway industry around the world. Our payment gateway partners are Interswitch (handles our local payments) and PayPal (Handles our international payments). We did not stop there, as security is paramount to us; we added SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to our website to enable us encrypt and protect your data while you shop on our website. PayPal.   • Can I Cancel my order?
    • Tulis Couture Ltd only allows cancellation of an order if it is made within 24 hours. After this time span, Tulis Couture can no longer cancel the order as its production would have started and costs incurred (fabrics, tailor time, etc.)

  • What sizes do we use?
    • We have standard sizes; Please refer to our size chart and for the perfect fit, our site allows you to enter your individual measurements for which we have also provided a ‘how to measure guide‘.

  • Can I send you a picture of an outfit I would like made that is not in your shop?
    • Yes, you can and we will do our best to reproduce it for you. You can also send your fabrics as well, please contact our customer service.

  • Do you also sell wholesale?
    • Yes we do but order’s must be from 10 pieces and above per item.

  • Can you make matching outfit for the whole family or design for events?
    • Definitely, contact us and we will be glad to discuss your needs.

  • How do I care for the clothes?
    • Preferably hand wash separately with mild soap in cold water, no bleach. You can also dry-clean

  • Fabrics we use
    • We use mostly African Wax. Kindly note that when your choice of African wax is not readily available, we gladly offer you other options to choose from. Our customer service desk will contact and help you this.
