Standing with your feet naturally apart backing a wall, measure straight from the floor to your head. NO shoes on please

NECK DEPTH FRONT Measure from mid shoulder to the preferred length of neck line. NECK DEPTH BACK Measure from mid shoulder to the preferred depth.

Wearing your usual bra, measure the circumference of your chest placing the tape measure at the fullest part of your breast, under your armpits and around your shoulder blades

WAIST: Front and Back Measure around your natural waistline (located above your belly button but below your rib cage) Do not suck in your stomach keep it natural to avoid getting false measurement.

Measure the circumference of your hip standing on your heels with the tape wrapped around the largest part of your hips (over the largest part of your buttocks). Standing in front of a mirror to do this will be helpful.

SHOULDER: Measure across your upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the other keeping shoulders straight. A friend can help with this.

Measure from your shoulder bone to the point directly under your bust.

Front and Back Measure all the way around your torso immediately beneath your bust.

Front and Back Measure from shoulder bone to smallest point on waist.

Measure from shoulder bone down to preferred dress length. If you are going to wear heels with your clothes, measure with your heels on.

Measure from your waist to knee.

Measure full length round upper arm.

Measure from shoulder to desired length.

Measure circumference at the end of desired sleeve length.

Measure straight length from one end of your collar bone to the other.

Measure from shoulder bone down to knee

measure from shoulder to ¾ length of arm

Measure from narrowest point on waist to the widest point on hip

Measure complete length of arm from shoulder to wrist

Measure total length round the wrist

Measure from tip of shoulder bone to the elbow bone

Measure total length around elbow
