Standing with your feet naturally apart backing a wall, measure straight from the floor to your head. NO shoes on please
Front and Back Measure around your natural waistline (located above your belly button but below your rib cage). Do not suck in your stomach keep it natural to avoid getting false measurement.
Circumference of where you normally wear your pants
Front and Back Measure the circumference of your hip standing on your heels with the tape wrapped around the largest part of your hips (over the largest part of your buttocks). Standing in front of a mirror to do this will be helpful.
Measure the total circumference of the thigh area beneath the crotch.
Measure circumference around the knee.
Measure circumference around the ankle.
Measure straight from the wearing waistline to the ankle.
Measure the length of your inner leg all the way from the crotch to the ankle
Measure from waist to the knee.
While sitting up straight on a chair with help take measurement from your waist to the point where your buttocks meets the chair.
Total Rise (front and back) While standing, position the tape vertically and place it so that it starts at the center of your back right at the wearing waist. Pass the tape between your legs and all the middle of your wearing waist in the front.
Measure around the fullest part of the calf
